Laparoscopy involves inspecting or operating on the inside of the abdomen and/or pelvis through small ‘keyhole’ cuts, thereby avoiding open abdominal surgery (laparotomy) for which bigger abdominal cuts are necessary. Shalini Hospital has a sufficient capacity of beds. A patient at our hospital can choose from an array of Deluxe,Private, Semi-private and general ward rooms. All of them offer a comfortable stay, in an environment best suited for holistic healing.
Operation Theaters:
We have operating theaters for emergency procedures, labor and delivery and super-specialties such as heart, brain, oncology and joint surgeries.
Ambulance Service:
We provide round-the-clock ambulance services, and our emergency department is fully equipped to handle full-scale trauma and emergency care 24 x 7.
Computerized Services:
We are maintaining Computerized Services to the day-to-day operations of the Patients history and billing also. Shalini accepts various modes of payment like Cash, Master, Visa, Debit Cards, Cheques, American Express Card, Credit Cards etc., .
We have a spacious casualty (Emergency room) with 7 beds which include nursing station and duty doctor room. Beside that we have a CT Scan room and an X-Ray room. We have a orthopedics consultation room with a huge waiting lounge and a minor OT for plaster or dressing.
We have pharmacy, nursing superintendent, medical superintendant, administration room and IP billing room.
We are having 24 X 7 reception available for all queries and a spacious lobby for the Out patients to wait for their consultations. We have 7 capacious consultation chambers including Medical Superintendent Chamber and C.M.O chamber, Spiral CT Scan room, 2D Echo Room & Ultra Sound Room, T.M.T,Digital X-Ray, and four Beds in Causality, Dialysis Unit, Sample collection Room, and O.P. 24 hrs Pharmacy, with standard and well stocked drugs including life saving drugs.
This floor is all about mother and child. We have three Stat of the art labour rooms all equipped with high end instruments and equipments required for any kind normal and painless deliveries and attached to that is an emergency operation theatre in case of any complications. 3 bedded first stage labor room for readying the patient for labor. We have a huge 3 bedded KMC ward for the mother and newborn baby.
We are having two divisions in this floor. One side we have sharing wards, cubicles and general wards a total of 15 beds all with TV’s. On the other side we have 10 ample spaced single rooms all air conditioned and every room having a TV and a Fridge. We have waiting lounge for the patients attendees and nurses work areas available for the patients at all times.
This floor has a total of 16 rooms including deluxe, super deluxe and suite rooms. We have 10 Deluxe A/c. rooms which are very roomy which has patients bed attendants cot a TV a fridge and a sofa with a spacious bathrooms. We have 4 super deluxe rooms which are even more spacious and offer the patients a comfortable experience till they recover. We have 2 suite rooms for VIP patients with great ambience and offer privacy for the patients and their attendees. These rooms have a nurse and a daya dedicated to them 24 X 7.
On fifth floor we have a 3 bedded general ward, 3 sharing rooms and with well maintained and spacious washrooms. There are 6 A/c. sharing rooms for the patients. On the other side we have a 4 bedded step down ICU for patients who are not in need of ventilators and are not critically ill. On the same floor we have a huge 8 bedded PICU for the patients with ventilator assistance and high risk. We have specialized intensivists and nursing staff who round the clock take well and good care of the critically ill patients.
On this floor we have two modular operation theatres for all kinds of surgeries and with all equipments and surgical material and instruments required for complicated surgeries. We have a 4 bedded post next to OT’ so the patients who have undergone a surgery. We have a specialized anesthetist team who look after the SICU. We also have Pharmacy, Sterile Stoor, a Huge Auto Clave Room for sterling the instruments after the Surgery and a waiting lounge for the patient’s attendees. We have a Highly sophisticated 4 bedded Dialysis Unit.
We have four isolated deluxe Suits specially made for VIP & VVIP Patients who are looking for privacy and special care for their recovery. We provide a well experienced nurse and a well trained daya for their needs.
